NEGATIVE CREDIT LISTING ITC

I did not receive a bill from this company in Aug 2013, I pay my Clothing BILLS PER EFT every month, I received a sms from Truworths that I short paid R30.00 and must pay the amount, I then went to the Centurion Mall & paid R50.00 to resolve the matter, on 25 Sept I logged in to my ITC and saw that Truworths listed my account as 30days in arrears, I immediately went to the same branch & was assisted by the manageress Hannelie, she phoned the head office in Cape Town where I spoke to a Indian lady who was the Manager on duty, she looked into my account & stated that this was wrongfully done by Truworths & she is sending the request to ITC to rectify my profile & that I can look on Monday 30 Sept it will be rectified, I asked her to put my account on debit order as I do not want any problems, she also stated that my instalment for this month is R160.00 & the debit order will be effective as from end October, on Monday afternoon I checked on ITC but it was still showing I went to the same store, they phoned head office again, I spoke to Uzair Adams who also promised me that everything will be sorted no later than today. Needless to say nothing has happened.
