Charging for email reminders

Propel sends me a statement for my account showing what is due and what has been paid. When the account is overdue interest get to be charged (good business practice). My problem is when I get to be charged for email reminders:

15-Aug-2013 Email reminder 5.70
22-Aug-2013 Email reminder 5.70
28-Aug-2013 Email reminder 5.70
30-Aug-2013 Email reminder 5.70

I am happy to pay for interest on the money that I owe not email reminders

May you please help me as this is not fair business practice
