Poor quality boots

I bought a pair of boots from miladys on the 9th of June. They were mainly for more formal use rather than everyday wear therefore I only wore them about 5 times since then. However I recently realized that the entire heel and sole had broken in half on the one boot and the other boot has a crack which will most likely end up entirely breaking. For the price I paid I certainly expected them to last more that 2 months! This really is unacceptable!
