Account paid up but recieving threatening messages

Ef no : 6007851104858770 . account was settled on the 13/08/2013 and i was requested to send a fax to Cape town and thereafter i am receiving calls & messages that they have already informed credit bureau that i have not paid, I feel this is harasment and on top of it all negligence on Woolworths side as they payment was done over 2 months ago
