I got retrenched on 18.10.2013 and went to the Woolworths bh at the Mall in Hartbeespoort to hand in all my papers because I have a protection plan on my account. All was handed in and the lady filled in the book and told me I will be contacted soon. It's been over a month, I have received multiple calls to pay my account and after every call I tell the consultants that I have handed in my papers and everyone says they will make a note of it! Nothing is being done! I have been a loyal customer, paying every month, more than the required installment and I am really really getting sick and tired of this!!!
