Truworths
Lost a customer for life

I was working for a company that had financial difficulties and was paying us accordingly. I kept in contact with Truworths every month to inform them of my situation. I was without work for nearly three months last year and as soon as I started working again in Sep2012 I started paying what I could afford. In Oct 2012 I was suddenly speaking with RL Daly and keeping to my arrangements Dec2012 my account was written of as bad debt while I still kept on paying Truworths. Now I have a default list at Trans union which is not true. I want this remove please.
