Truworths
Default listing

How can truworths list a default on my name with no written notice to me. The listing was done in oct.2012, and not knowing i paid the account up in the first week of november, i donot owe any money to truworths and i was not aware of this until i applied for finance for a home. My lawyer asked me to call truworths but both the head office and the lawyers cant help me./ This is so difficult as all the monies are paid and i was not aware of this matter. if this is not removed in 20 days i will take this matter to court
