LG TOP OF THE RANGE DISHWASHER

I am fed-up with this dishwasher. We chose the best machine, so we thought. From day one we had trouble, the door doesn't close, we phone Deon Wired they said LG will give attention to complaint, they sent two technicians who bend the door, I stop them they havn't got a clue what to do, said we must phone LG, phone them nothing happened so we use it. Now machine is 4 months old and take 100 attempts every day to start, again we phone complaint again and again and again. LG want to sent same technicians to come and investigate,
so people please DO NOT BUY LG IN POLOKWANE, NO RELIABLE SERVICE NO AFTER SALE SERVICE NO TECHNICIANS; What do I have to do to get any feedback any help. It seems to be better to buy WHIRLPOOL???
