Poor Service from Fix - It

4th April 2013 - Arranged to fix dishwasher, NO show from the technicians, NO answer to calls. Christo calls, apologized made new appointment
5th April 2013 - Technicians fix dishwasher but left a water mess and stripped water pipe.
29th April 2013 - Call Christo, dishwasher still not working right. Make appointment to look at dishwasher and washing machine.
30th April 2013 - NO show from the technicians, NO answer to calls. Eventually a sms comes through from Christo after the appointment time that they can't find a pump for the washing machine and he can't get hold of the technicians.

Poor Service and no communication at all. Will not be using them ever again and strongly suggest that they should not be used.
