In 2011 I bought a Whirlpool washing machine from Dion Wired. Less than a year later the machine was faulty and a new machine was given to me. Now the "new" machine is also giving me hassles. When I called Dion Wired to enquire about a repair, I was told that my machine is out of its 2 year warranty and that I must take the matter further with Whirlpool call centre directly. After speaking to 3 different people, all of whom had no inclination to help me and one even cut me off, the general consensus was that my machine is guaranteed from the initial invoice date. So in other words, Whirlpool guarantee a transaction/invoice and not my ACTUAL machine. Surely this whole concept doesn't make logical sense? Lets guarantee your first machine, even tho i haven't had it for over a year, and its probably been stripped for spares by Whirlpool???

Another issue I have is that you would think because Whirlpool is almost double the price of other machines, that you would be buying a good quality product, clearly this isn't the case if EVERY year it has been giving me issues.

I would like to know what Whirlpool is going to do about my situation.
