Truworths
Shouting and speaking rudely to custome

On the 04/09/2012 at approximately 12:15pm i received a call from the accounts department of Truworths asking me for payment. the person i spoke to was Shariefa Ali.

I explained that i will only be able to make payment on a Sunday due to my working hours.

She was very rude and was screaming at me which is not right.
