Appalling account follow up

Received SMS to pay my account yesterday, paid the amount last night via EFT, they then phoned me last night and I confirmed that my account was paid. Today 29/08 received sms asking for payment, then 10 mins later another sms. I then phoned the no. on the sms and spoke to someone saying that I had paid my account, she said she would make a notation on my account that it had been paid. Later the same day I received another sms which was very rude, demanding immediate payment of an amount. Legally I did not have to pay the amount they were stating as my installment is only due on about 5 Sept. I then phoned to speak to a supervisor, and explained the situation, she was very aplogetic, but when I mentioned that I would be closing my account, she did not seem perturbed. I also stated that I would never shop in Truworths again.
