problem - website upgrade - usual excuses
Go back on online today to order book - prices of book doubles in moving the order from the search page to the checkout from R681.63 to R1506.73
Speak to Charles and Janet - usual new SA response to problems experienced by customer
EXCUSES after EXCUSES, blaming system upgrade etc
it appears that [URL Removed] does not give a about customer service
Then I get a email confirming my order which I did not place
May be I should order the book from the overseas supplier directly - will save a lot of problems dealing with incompetence suppliers
