Feedback on Wrong order initially delivered

After my last complaint on the 23rd of August, Fowzia called me and today I received the correct order. I appreciate the fact that she listened to my complaint and followed up with the warehouse to make sure that the incorrect order is collected and a new delivery is done - especially to the correct address.

Hope other employees may also copy this attitude. Mistakes happens but what matter is how you resolve it
