Cna has no customer satisfaction, useles callcentre

Firstly i contacted cna customer care about using red carpet vouchers at cna. Both the consultants i spoke to affirmed the matter and i have ref for calls and names. Drove to store was refused to use, called call centre again they say store made a mistake. eventually spoke to supervisor who said sorry nothing can be done, but she will try to get me some points to compensate for the hassles driving to store etc,
than purchased a item on website promised one thing again phoned customer care they agreed that i would get the same deal in store, but no luck again, phoned back told sorry nothing can be done. Cna has bad bad bad customer relation and customer satisfaction
