Terrible customer service

Beginning of this year i bought a 3 ponds products with was on special for R350, when i went to pay for my things at the till the consultant gave me form to fill in so i can get a temp card, the consultant said my card will be ready in a months time. A month later i went back to the store i spoke to one of the consultants and asked him to check if my carfd came to the store as i was promised he said we cannot help you coz client services is closed.its now been 5 months and nobody has contacted me to tell me if my card is in the store or now i cant keep going to the store to be told the same thing im now very frustrated and angry. No 1 seems to care about customers if nobody calls me asap i will not hastiate to contact head office and report the terrible customer service, I will excercise my rights as a customer i know all about the tcf principles and will go to the ombudsman for further assistance
