21 days service rule

Please note i have purchased an car amp which has a warranty and then it stoped working i left it at the hi corp in festival and 21 days passed already no feedback.i go to store to ask yesterday they say ooh they send driver pick up tomorow no emphaty or say sorry we didnt deliever according to policy on there wall if item not fixed 21 days it be replaced. When i asked about that they come to me excuse the item not fixed and not fixable due to high current of 14v passed trough the amp.please note this is in my 60 year old parents car old car which has just 2 by 6x9s for sound and a amp which purchased from hi fi corp.no wats this i get is now the warranty null and void since me the client damaged this.this is a joke and insult to me as a client they just dont want to replace the item, they can come to the car and investigate which i asked they see exactly what i said.i want this item replaced as its under warranty and you passed your due date no excuses
