On 30 August 2013 I bought a few clothing pieces from this branch.
When I arrived home, I checked (as always) that there were as many items in the bag as there was on the (as they call it) docket.
After a lot of contemplating over the weekend, what to keep and what to return, I took the unwanted merchandise back on Monday afternoon.
There was one item of /- R2?? that wasn't on the purchase docket (according to this lady) and she refused to credit my account with it or give the item back to me. The lady didn't even take notice when I told her that the amount of items were checked and that one should be on the docket.
If it was unlawfully in the bag, why would I have taken it back? It would have been something my daughter could were if I kept it but I just do not think that the situation was treated correctly. I was treated as a criminal and not a customer and do refuse to support this branch ever in my live again and will spread it as I go along.

What happened to: 'THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT'

Me being right would not have been in my best interest but in me being treated fairly.
