Making my shopping an enjoyable experience

Myself and my husband was at Edgard in Blue Route last night, where we had to return a purchase that was done. We did not have the docket as it got lost, so Ludmilla went out of her way to look for the docket. She was very friendly and never pulled a face or anything, That i what I call a great customer experince as she could have told us that we muct come back or wait another 30 mins.
