Out Of The Blue
Out of the Blue, Knysna Big Time!

I bought a dress and jewelry at Out of the Blue, Knysna Mall today. At first my credit card did not go through, whereafter I handed the sales lady my Absa debit card to process. I received notification that the transaction was successfull: R640. I called ABSA and they confirmed this. The sales lady insisted that her boss (Diane) would not let me have the dress, as the transaction was not reflecting on their side (they had technical problems with their speedpoint). I went to ABSA and got a STAMPED statement reflecting the payment of R640 for the items on my account. I took it to the sales lady. She still would not give me the items. She said her boss would deduct it from her pay if she give it to me, as it happened before. In the meantime the Centre Manager, a very friendly Kashief Ismail arrived and explained to Alistair Armstrong (telephonically) that I paid for the items and the items should be given to me.. Alistair Armstrong still refused. I called SAPS as I wanted to open a Docket against the company (the items are rightfully mine as I paid for it!!!), but the sales lady still refuse to hand the items over to me! Never ever will I support them again, I am still waiting!!
