HOW DARE YOU SELL BROKEN GOODS TO CLIENTS???

We purchased a 8kg Samsung washing machine on Saturday from the Lenasia branch the item was delivered on Saturday, yet when we switched it on to test it, I HAD MY KITCHEN FLOODED, There was water all over the place. My husband turn the machine on its side only find 2 HUGE CRACKS underneath, this was causing the water to leak... We called the branch and spoke to the guy who sold it to us, says he will call us back. An hour and a half later we still have NO call, my husband then calls again they advised they would come out on sunday to have a look at the machine, my husband made it clear he knows they are NOT open on Sunday the guy still adamant that they would come out. Sunday came and went and nothing, NOT even a courtesy call to apologise they are unable to come out, NOTHING, I am very upset to firstly have paid R899.00 for the machine plus R250 for delivery to have a BROKEN machine in my kitchen and to be made an of, people saying they will come out but knows they wont. I understand when you buy second hand goods its not in GREAT condition but i dont need it to be BROKEN and of NO use to me, R1149 is a lot of money to just be wasted, COLLECT THE MACHINE AND BRING MY MONEY BACK
