I have however had a massive issue with a company called ITTS Africa in Kempton Park for the past two months. I purchased a laptop computer from them second hand. On the first day they delivered the machine to me it did not work. At this point I let them know immediately to refund me since I was not prepared to mess around if there are problems on day 1.

ITTS then persuaded me to let them replace the machine with a different one. I agreed and was told it would be delivered. After a week of phone calls I was informed they actually can't give me the better machine now because it was broken. I again asked them to refund me.

Instead they brought me back the same old machine they had done the first time, except now something different was wrong with the machine.

From date of purchase I have been waiting two months for customer satisfaction and I have been fed one after another. I just want my money back.
