Employee not interested to help (aka - do her job)

I've been wanting to buy 2 Kenwood deep fryers from Hi Fi Corporation Rustenburg for a while, but they've been out of stock for quite a number of weeks. I phoned Kenwood directly and was told that I should visit Hi Fi Corp again and they must order it for me. I visited Hi Fi Corp, Rtb on Tuesday 29 January. I told Tshepiso (employee on duty at the time) that apparently they should order it for me. There was a power outage at the time, but she promised to find out which other branch she could get it from and phone me back. I never heard from her. I went back to the shop on Friday 8 Feb and asked to see her. She never phoned another branch, and then jumped on the phone. She then said her manager was going to the Witbank branch the next Monday (she's established they had 7 in stock), and I would most likely have the fryers the Tuesday (because the manager would bring it back with her). Again she promised to phone me before 18:00 that evening to confirm that she'd ordered the fryers, and when I could collect them. It is now Thursday 14 Feb and to this moment I have not received a phone call from her. What must I do to get these fryers?!
