On 13 Dec, 12:53, after 3 attempts and ringing for 5 minutes each time, I actually spoke to someone at Witbank store who did not give name.
I requested stock availability of item advertised in brochure as I must travel 100km to the store and need to make sure it is in stock.
I gave product details and was assured they will call back within 15 minutes.
At 13:50 I am still waiting!!!
This is the first time I have experienced problems with HiFi Corp, but they will not be on my Christmas list this year.
