Bad attiude and terrible service

I was at Pick 'n Pay, Key West Shopping Center, Krugersdorp, Gauteng on Friday afternoon, the 1st of February 2013. After standing in line for a till for 45 minutes the cashier closed the till and told all of us standing there to find another line to stand in. The lines were running up the product aisles and some had been standing there for close to an hour. When a complaint was made in store, nothing was done about it, so I had to move and wait in another ridiculously long line. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed with the bad attitude and terrible service. I will not be using that branch again. Add more tills or employ staff that appreciate and take pride in their jobs.
