Wait In Line we don't care a S*H*I*T

Went to KFC President @ 14:33pm and we we standing in a que of about 5 people with 5 tills and only two open. Then the one cashiers just decides to cash up. One cashier was to take orders and to collect foods and I called Precious the so call un-trained employee what is going on and just giving me a blank stare. Two customers walked out of the shop and if I was not in front of the line I would have done the same.

I contacted Margret (Area Manager) who was very don't care attitude of why are you bothering me on a Sunday and just said she will call them. The damage is done Margret as two customers walked out and I will think twice to buy chiken from such non care business. This is not the first time the service is non existant. I wish I could speak to the owner directly as he is loosing money and the staff just don"t care a S*H*I*T.

Please get qualified managers to run the business not just a normal employee.
