Exstended Warrenties

I Called game for two days in Kimberley to get hold of the warranty department, I only got an response after I sent an email and whas told that i only needed the documents TV and cable, now this weekend I drive to Kimberley to give in the TV in for repairs, where i was told my warranty has expired but, when i ask why i was told samsung only give 12 months warranty but when i bought the TV it was with 2 year warranty and the on the document stands starting date for extended warranty is 10/12/2011, then thy told me I must wait until Game in kathu opens and contact them for an answer to my problem, now i have to drive back to postmasburg and wait for game to open..
