Warranty serice is rubbish

I purchased a HP G6-2205si laptop, because I was told @ Game Tyger Valley it has a 3 year onsite next business day warranty.

The unit is under 3month old, the Hard Drive crashed last night. I called Game and got the number for Incredible Solutions who handle the warranty.

It took 3 hours to get my warranty certificate, then I was called Gary in the email, and in the certificate I was listed as "Mrs" .. This worries me as if such simple info (which I forwarded via email) can not be carried over, how can I rely on the actual warranty..

I then got called to ask what the model number was (again, I sent this via email..) and was told it would take 6 working days to get a hard drive to me...

I was hesitant to by HP after the problems I saw my clients having 5years go. The fact the HDD has failed with in 2months and that he warranty is a 6day warranty really puts a sour taste in my mouth.

This IS the last time I buy or recommend ANYTHING HP, I will spend the extra on a Dell unit next time, because not only do they give a 3 year warranty, but it IS NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
