What a disgrace!!!

I bought two vouchers at Foschini bethlehem, one for R1000 and another for R500 for my mother. She went to Markham at Welkom Goldfield Mall lets just say it was a horrible experience. When she was paying they swipped one the gift card for R1000 first and they refused to swipe the second one. The staff she bought was for R1200. They said you cannot swipe two gift cards for one transaction, that is so rediculous!!! they said she must pay in cash. Whats the point of the gift card then? she called me I spoke to a lady who was so rude her name is Reckel, she told me how she's been working there for a number of years and she cut the call while i was busy talking to her!!! and i'm told she's the manager, what a PATHETIC manager, she has no clue what customer service is. And if she thinks she can talk to customers anyway she wants, she's clearly out of touch. Angry is not the word to describe what i'm feeling right now. My mother spent more than 40 minutes in the shop entertaining those clowns. She is supposed to be at work. Somebody need to take responsibility for this mess!!!
