I cant be charged or penalized for your organizations inefficiency.made countless calls to your store requesting the settlement amount until a week later after demanding to speak to the store manager I was referred to the national contact center and received the same kind of service. I demanded to speak to the manager once again. Who also couldn't give my account settlement figure, the system wasn't being updated and promised to came back to me by end of the day. I explained that I needed to settle the account asp as I was to travel out of the country. Finally came an email with the screen shot showing the settlement fee. Attempting to make the payment I was informed that the monthly debt order was already loaded and it won't be changed. I made the payment which was the balance after deducting the monthly debt order from the settlement fee. Sent 4 emails requesting for Confirmation, account was settled, no reply only to be debited end of the month and informed that yes settled the account in full but late and I'm being charged a R569.42 fee.it is an open secret that your organization failed to deliver why being penalized?
