(I purchased a Hugo Boss edt on 1September 2012 for my father as a birthday gift. He subsequently got a rash after the first use and I tried to return it to the George branch in December 2012 and I was refused a refund, I was told it could only be exchanged. I would appreciate it if I could be refunded as soon as possible.) And I have received a call from the George Branch concerning the perfume and they said that they will call me back and I haven't received a call in two days. This is unacceptable.
