Last Sunday was my 3 year old's birthday. All that she wanted was a "big girl bed". The week before her birthday I started looking for a bed for her. Dial a bed came up with a good price and I decided on them as they have a "good reputation. I called on the Thursday and spoke to a guy called Rodney. I asked him about the bed and he told me that it was R1400 (not the R1499 I saw on the website). I then asked if he had stock and he replied yes. I called a few more suppliers and then decided to call Dial a bed again to confirm the price and stock. I spoke to Rodney again and he told me that actually the bed was R1499 and once again yes they have stock. I told him perfect, I will see you on Saturday. Saturday morning came (the day before her birthday), I walked in to collect the bed, since I had been told TWICE that they have got stock. I spoke to a guy called Marco and he then told me "Sorry, but we don't keep stock here at the store". I was seriously annoyed and told him that Rodney had told me that they had stock. I told him that I would be back in about 30 minutes and I hoped that he could sort this out. The only solution offered was that I was lying! I will never consider them again!!!
