On site it shows but stores don't have

i went to site and saw you have BOW SATIN SET pjamas for R89.99, I went to Westgate, Maponya, Jabulani, Carlton Centre and Ellof Steet none of them have them. I ask why have it on site and not deliver to any of your branches, this is false adversing. Advise if /when and which of your branch this will be delivered as I need them for a pjama pary before the 5 Sep 23, I send emails to Mrprice site to date no fedback has been received from them.
When I went to your ellof branch i took other things the cashier that helpde me Siphiwe Mthimkhulu did not greet, shee took the cami and shorts that i bought scanned them then called a supervisor for an override, the supervisor also came and did her things on the system she di not greet, I asked them is this what you where taught when the took you for customer service training they just looked at me, I'm sadden if is not your sfatt that does not greet is your site advertising thisngs that are not in store. I'm sadden by this as a customer of your retail.
