Please pass on my complements to Innocent who was very helpful and made it almost willing to part with my cash. With staff like this your sales will just grow.

What Innocent did
o Stopped talking to a staff member as soon as i walked near him and ask "How can I be of help"
o Took me to the white dept and showed me the specials for the week
o Explained that the advert that i had was no longer valid (Expired 25th Aug)
o Checked stock availability (I wanted a white not metallic I went to Game & had a I don't care attitude from there staff)
o Came back to Innocent immediately completed the sale & took me to the counter to pay
o Explained were the store receiving is and when I got there he was waiting there with the washing machine loaded it
o He knows the importance of the customer & even when I was not around was not waylaid
