We bought a Lg washing machine from Game almost two years ago (20 Feb 2011). Before the warranty expired my machine broke and a technician was send to assess.
The outcome was a replacement or refund.
Then trouble started
. In the beginning of March we went to game Ballito (Spoke to Tashik) to do an exchange. The model i had, had been discontinued, and the replacement model they had then was only a silver model and mine were white. He took my number and promised to phone me when the stock of the white machines arrive (expected 20 March) Two week laters still no phone call. We went to game to find that Tashik was not there and his collegue did not know anything. The next day Sunday the 31 of March we went to speak to him again. After waiting more than 40 min for him, he informed me - No stock. I can take the silver one and pay in R500.00!! As they wont be getting the white machine. Why do I have to take a silver machine and pay in R500.00 when it is not what i wanted. Why was it said there is a White model, and then there is none.
This make no sense. Al I want is a replacement machine. Why do i have to pay R500 for a silver machine if they can't supply a white one.
