Wow that is service!

I needed some new linen and the assistant that helped me was amazing, he went out of his way to help me understand thread count and then kindly took my goods to the till. He then helped me select some metal picture frames including climbing up the display wall to get some that I liked better! He was kind to my girls too and we all left the store thinking what a great experience! Sorry that I didn't get his name but to the assistant that could climb the wall as he practised as a boy in the trees. Many thanks!
