It's easy to complain when things don't go your way and I've certainly done a lot of that to McCarthy in the past couple of months. But then it should be just as easy to say thanks when things do go right and yet we never do that.

When I walked into McCarthy to buy my vehicle I could have been approached by anyone, but I'm thankful Innocent Ntanjana was the person to assist me. There have been times when my colleagues advised me to get a lawyer and I said no because I knew Innocent was fighting for me.

He honoured verbal agreements even when it costed him money. Where do you find used car sales persons who do that?
