Incorrect Advertising

I went to clicks today as the website stated that they have a nurse at selected stores and they offer different services. When I got to the store it was written that they offer family planning and that for first time visit it will be R60 and for return to the nurse it will be R40. When I got there the nurse told me that they don't offer do first time and that I should go to my doctor. Please can you rectify what the brochures have written and what the signs say at the store?
