Good day,
I have had a major problem with my Game account. I made an EFT payment on the 2nd of Oct and this payment still has not been credited over a month later. I have sent through my proof of payment twice and nothing has been done about this. I have been dealing with a consultant, Bevin who keeps promising to call me back with a progress of this problem but he never calls me back. I'm sure you can understand my frustration and anxiety at being listed as a slow payer at the credit bureau for a mistake that is not mine. I hope you can resolve this issue for me.
