Wow. Just wow

I found a beautiful Hip Hop dress on Zando a couple of weeks ago. It was marked down from R2200 to R1850. I checked the next day and it was back to R2200. I ccontacted Zando and was told that it had been a flash sale. I got a mail a week later about sales at Zando and checked my dress again. Now it was marked down again - but to R1320!

I was a litle concerned about buying clothes online, but Zando has a sizing guide - just take your measurements and pick your size. I ordered my dress on Friday night just before 21.00. I got an immediate confirmation email with all the details of my order. Today (Monday) I got an email from Zando at 11.45 to say my item had been despatched. At about half past one the courier was at my door.

My dress was in a large Zando's box, in a full length plastic bag, on a Hip Hop hanger. It fits like a dream and is exactly like the one in the photograph - I've always worried that the item you receive is not the same as the one in the picture. There were even cosmetic samples in the box.

I have never bought anything online before. This was a truly great experience. I can hardly believe that is was so easy. A fantastic deal and superb, professional service!
