I was owing Jet and I decided to pay the whole balance that I owed them last month in July.

Now i called ITC just to check my credit report and funny enough I was told that iam still 3 months behind with my Jet account, meaning i still owe Jet

I called Jet head office (customer care line 0860113639 option 4) and i told them my story and asked them to call me back, (Prince and a woman - i cant recall her name) promised to call me back, up to this time am still waiting for their call..

I am kindly requesting Jet to please send the payment or update their system. Accounts Department should know what to do immediately a payment is made, because if they do not update their systems, it means someone's life is becoming a Chaos..

Iam not happy at all.
