I ordered a pair of Hercules XPS 2. 80 DJ Monitor Speakers from FirstShop on 13/11/2013 after chatting to one of their helpful call-centre people, Hendry. He informed me that the product was in stock, that the price listed on their website included shipping, and that the product should reach me within 3 to 5 working days, pending payment clearing. The sales price was far lower than any of their online competitors. FirstShop immediately forwarded all order confirmation details to me via email subsequent to placing my order.

When i noticed no change in the status of my order on their website by 18/11/2013, I made use of their online live chat function where I spoke to Elbert. He promptly and kindly dealt with my query and informed me that the product was indeed on its way to me. In fact, the product arrived just 3 hours later in perfect condition.

The efficient call centre and chat service, speedy feedback, prompt delivery, excellent pricing, and helpful attitude of their sales people has made dealing with FirstShop my best online shopping experience to date.
