Outstanding service

Yesterday I forgot my wallet at work, which is not far from this Pick nPay. My colleague and I we needed to buy butter which we normally keep at work; but we did not have enough cash on us. We went to the Manager to explain our plight and she kindly paid for the butter out of her own pocket. The money involved was not too much; however it came in very handy as she saved us a trip in the scorching heat.

Palesa, your friendliness and compassion is most appreciated. Keep up the great job. Please extend our appreciation to the other staff members as well. It is always such a joy to be in your store as the people are very friendly and always welcoming.
