FORMULA MILK LUMPY AND THICK

Its the 2nd time in 4 months that i have a problem with nestle Nan Formula. The 1st time the actual powder was full of powdery wetthard ball lumps. Today i made the milk and like i always have done for the last 6 months i would give it to her a hour later and even if the milk stood for two hours it was still fresh.the new batch i bought got hard thick and lumpy, you could actually see the water seperate from the milk.i feed my baby this milk and realised after that shes been holding her tummy and crying all night. I am very dissapointed in the service i received as i still did not get proper feed back, when i call all they tell me is that they r sorry and they will replace my one milk and test it.there after i donot even receive proper feedback on why or what actually happend. My childs health was endaged and i am very scepticle about Nan now. This is not something to just take litely and its not about replacing the bottle of formula, its about my childs health and you giving me feedback.i also must take my time effort and calls for your negligence. Very SCEPTICLE
