We purchased a 42" Samsung TV approx 18months ago and earlier this month it started giving problems. We took it in to Furniture City Boksburg on 12-01-2013 where Jan (Salesman) helped us and advised that the tv would be sent to Samsung on Monday (14-01-2013) and that it would take a maximum of 2weeks.

Jan the called on 17-01-2013 and advised that the tv has still not been sent to Samsung and since then we have had no communication from Furniture City.

This is not the 1st time we are experiencing such pathetic service from Furn' City (when we bought tv, we paid delivery costs but ended up collecting it ourselves & the stand being delivered almost 6months AFTER purchase) - NOW THIS!

Can you up your customer service and send your staff on some much needed training??? (please include professional communication in that too)!
