Poor quality

On Saturday 02.08.2013 I went to your store in Strand Main Road with the slip of my bed I bought December 2010.The matress is falling apart. All I wanted to know is what I should do to get it fixed (I do have a 25 year warranty) She would have faxed it to your office in Broadlands street. Someone would have called me on Monday 05.08.2013.Its now the 28th of August still no response. All I want is feedback. If I dont get a response before Friday, you guys will definately hear from me
