Round 18h15 last night 27/08/2013 at the check out till, we wanted to draw money at the till, then there is no need to walk with cash! Got to the teller, after I had to explain to her for 5min long that I needed to draw money first and then swipe my card. We asked for someone to explain to the lady we want to draw money, a Indian/Muslim guy appeared & asked me what bank and what type of account I have, when I told the guy - Gold Cheque account, he said that nobody can draw money with their FNB gold cheque account at a P & P till, only savings? Spoke to FNB this morning - you can! We then had to leave all the groceries at the till, walk out & go draw the money & then after retuning we could only leave!
