My name is Mbali Went to pick n pay to draw money stood in the q for 5 minutes when we got to the cashier she told us to go to the other tills she doesn't have money n we asked can't she ask the supervisor for a transfer she said no we must just go and stand in another Q I then went to a guy that was sitting where managers usually sit to ask if it was aceptable to tell a customer to stand in another que and he said we should have asked them first if there was money in the till, and he didn't help us and the securities chased us out of the store.usually when we draw money from other pick n Pays if there is no money supervisors make a plan to get money from other tills but lens even managers are rude
