Sold damaged goods

Bought goods at Thrupps in sealed package. Returned and accused by department manager as a and damaged by self. Left number for manager to call to discuss. Did not receive any calls. Called a day later with no response from Thrupps. Promised to call the next day. Still waiting. Service is unacceptable with a do not give a attitude. Check all items bought from this store, even if package sealed as they will not respond and ignore the customer. No customer service whatsoever.
