I bought a Asus fonepad tablet from incredible connection on 16 june 2013... I was very happy with the device until it started giving me problems... it would not charge or switch on, i took it back to the Bedfordview branch where they confirmed the unit is faulty and booked it in for repairs that is covered under warranty... they called me 15 working days later to collect my tablet, when i got home i saw that it has the same problem and that it is DAMAGED there is a scratch on the camera lens and a dent on the corner of the device (DAMAGE THAT WAS NOT THERE WHEN I GAVE IT TO THE TECHNICIAN!!!) it still wont charge or power on and i need it for work, i paid R3000 for it which i worked hard for, i dont want it because it was damaged when it was handled by the technican, ( my tablet is still under its warranty period) please replace it with another unit
